What It Does
The Salesforce integration connects Rival Radar to your CRM to:
- Auto-import win/loss data from Closed Won and Closed Lost opportunities
- Sync competitor information from opportunity fields
- Track deal values and revenue impact against specific competitors
- Eliminate manual data entry for competitive deal tracking
Setup Guide

Go to Settings → Integrations
Navigate to the integrations page from your organization settings.

Click Connect Salesforce
You'll be redirected to Salesforce's OAuth flow. Log in with your Salesforce admin credentials and authorize Rival Radar.

Auto-sync begins
No manual field mapping needed initially - auto-sync starts immediately.

Enable sync
Turn on automatic sync. Rival Radar will poll for new closed opportunities and import them as win/loss records automatically.
