Team Management
Invite your team, assign roles, and control who can do what in your organization.

Inviting Team Members

Go to Settings → Team
Navigate to the Team settings page from the sidebar.

Click Invite Member
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

Choose their role
Select Member, Admin, or Owner based on what access they need.

They receive an invite email
The invited person gets an email with a link to join your organization.
Roles & Permissions
Rival Radar uses role-based access control (RBAC) with three roles:
Member
"Can run analyses, view results, and access the knowledge base (read-only)"

Admin
"Everything a member can do, plus manage team members, upload to knowledge base, and manage settings"

Seat Limits
- Recon: 1 user
- Overwatch: 1 user
- War Room: 5–15 users (billed per seat at $39/seat/month)
- Command Center: 15+ users (custom pricing)
War Room requires a minimum of 5 seats. You can add up to 15 seats on this plan. For larger teams, upgrade to Command Center.
Session Management
Rival Radar enforces concurrent session limits to protect your account. Each user can have a limited number of active sessions:
- Recon: 2 concurrent sessions
- Overwatch: 3 concurrent sessions
- War Room: 3 concurrent sessions (per user)
- Command Center: 5 concurrent sessions
If you exceed your limit, the oldest session is automatically revoked. You can view and manage active sessions in your account settings.
