Plan Details
Recon (Free)
The free plan lets you explore Rival Radar with basic competitive intelligence capabilities. You get 1 analysis per month (resets monthly), 5 coach queries, and storage for 5 competitors. Your first battle card per analysis is shown in full; additional competitors show as teasers with gated sections to preview the value of upgrading.
No credit card required to get started.
Overwatch ($49/month)
For individual sellers who need more analysis capacity. 15 analyses per month, 50 coach queries, 10 competitors in your library, and PDF export. Uses our fast AI model for Standard analysis. Single user only.
Annual pricing: $490/year (2 months free, saving $98).
War Room ($39/seat/month)
For sales teams. This is where Rival Radar really shines. 75 analyses per month (shared across the team), 500 coach queries per month, unlimited competitors, Deep Analysis powered by our most capable AI, 20 GB knowledge base, news feed, positioning matrix, MCP server for AI tool integration, Adaptive AI routing for the Sales Coach, and all integrations (Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Calendly).
Adaptive AI routing automatically classifies your coach queries and routes complex competitive questions (multi-competitor comparisons, deal strategy, deep analysis) to our most powerful AI model, while keeping simple queries fast and efficient. Common questions are pre-cached for instant responses with zero API cost.
Minimum 5 seats, maximum 15 seats. Annual pricing: $390/seat/year (2 months free per seat).
Command Center (Custom)
For large organizations with 15+ users. Everything in War Room plus unlimited storage, Adaptive AI routing, SSO integration, dedicated support, custom onboarding, and an SLA. Contact sales@userivalradar.com for pricing.
Free Trial
Every new Rival Radar account starts with a 7-day Overwatch trial. During the trial:
- You get full Overwatch-level access (Standard analysis, 50 coach queries, PDF export)
- You can run up to 3 analyses during your trial with complete battle cards (no teasers)
- No credit card required
- When the trial ends (7 days or 3 analyses exhausted, whichever comes first), you drop to the Recon free plan with 1 analysis per month

Annual Billing
Annual billing gives you 2 months free on both Overwatch and War Room:
- Overwatch: $490/year instead of $588/year (save $98)
- War Room: $390/seat/year instead of $468/seat/year (save $78/seat)
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the billing settings.
Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Settings → Billing
Only the Owner role can manage billing.

Choose your new plan
Select the plan and billing interval (monthly or annual).

Enter payment details
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your card is charged immediately for the new plan.

Access upgrades instantly
New limits and features are available immediately after upgrading.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account drops to the Recon (free) plan.
Referral Program
Refer a colleague to Rival Radar and you both benefit. When someone signs up with your referral code, they get an extended trial. When they become a paid customer, you get 1 month free on your subscription.
